It was manufactured right here in Tulsa by Coleman Instrument Co., and distributed by a Ponca City Company known as Tornado Safety Alarm Co., Inc.

LEFT: Vandever's Department Store in Tulsa published its own children's magazine in 1931 and had an entire floor downtown devoted to children's clothes and goods. Vandever's re-located to a shopping center in the suburbs and eventually closed.
